A signed contract will be entered into which will include all remuneration scales, time constraints and deadlines and a confidentiality clause.

Payment for retainer packages are to be made at the beginning of each period either by cheque, bank transfer or standing order.

Payment for all other services will be payable within 10 days of invoice which will be submitted with the completed assignment. In certain circumstances payment may be required prior to completion of assignment.

Camliam is VAT registered therefore all fees will be inclusive of VAT.

Additional costs incurred such as travel, telephone, postage or courier will be re-charged.
